2. Use of Voice AI Services
You agree to use our Voice AI services only for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from using the service to:

  • Generate fraudulent, harassing, or deceptive audio content.

  • Impersonate any person or entity without legal authorization.

  • Violate any telemarketing or "Do Not Call" regulations (e.g., TCPA compliance).

3. Subscriptions & Billing

  • Fees: You agree to pay the monthly or yearly fees associated with your chosen plan (Lite, Standard, Premium, or Enterprise).

  • Overage Charges: Voice AI usage beyond your plan’s included minutes will be billed at the overage rate specified in your plan.

  • Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, no refunds are provided for partial months.

4. Intellectual Property
The platform, including its software, algorithms, and voices, is the property of Avilla Innovations. You retain ownership of the specific scripts and data you provide, but grant us the right to process this data to provide the service.

5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Avilla Innovations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Voice AI service, including but not limited to any issues arising from AI-generated outputs.

6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these terms.
